Click the Windows start menu, select "Settings|Printers", right mouse click on the desired printer and select "Set as Default Printer". After printing, it may be necessary to change back to the old default printer. An automated printing programme, such as Drawganizer, automatically resets the default printer after it has finished the print job. To do this, open the Printers folder, right mouse click the printer to be used and set it as the default printer. Then select "Printer Preferences|Advanced and then select "Copy Count". The exact menus vary from printer to printer. After printing the files, you will may need to reset the default printer and the number of copies. Our product, Drawganizer, allows the number of copies to be set to any number without needing to set a new default printer or alter the printers setting for number of copies. Changing the Font or Page OrientationFor printing text documents, such as those with the extensions "txt", which are usually printed by Windows using Notepad, you may wish to set your own font or page orientation. Normally, the font and page orientation need to be changed by loading the document into Notepad and then setting them from inside Notepad.
